One of Russia’s leading wine writers, Igor has regular columns in the Russian edition of Forbes Magazine, Vedomosti Friday and Simple Wine News magazine. He is also curator for Moscow based retail chain, vinoteka.ru.
In addition to being a wine educator and lecturer for several Moscow-based wine schools, he is also a chief consultant for the Krasnodar-based “Southern Russia” wine competition. In 1999, Igor founded and was Editor-In-Chief of Vinnaya Karta, a monthly wine newspaper. In 2005, he moved on from Vinnaya Karta and launched Magnum wine magazine.
